In this appendix, I have pulled together a list of helpful tidbits that may prove to be useful in your work with models.

  1. Reserve some preliminary columns on every sheet. I would advise that you reserve a few columns to the left that you leave blank. If you later decide to add labels or name references, these blank columns will prove themselves to be useful. I use these columns to provide referencing throughout the model.
