I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 8. The Beauty of the Human Smile

Each of my sessions revolves around capturing a true human smile. I just can’t photograph someone without giving them an experience they can smile about. My thought is that if I’ve got them having a good time, they’ll forget about the camera and give me their true expression for the fun shots, and the laughter will open them up for the more serious shots, as well. This is why all my work is built around creating an atmosphere where they can let their smile rip.
