Many of Ethan Kind’s students are under the same intense pressure that he experienced in college. That pressure leads to stress, which can eventually drive the students away from the thing they were so passionate about to begin with.

“I have taught a whole lot of hurting performers who felt like they had lost their love of classical music,” Ethan states. “I make them aware that it may be a combination of poor technique and intense pressure to be great on their instrument that is making them feel like the thrill is gone.”
