THE FOLLOWING TABlE IS A summary of many of the strategies shared in this book. Think of it as your cheat sheet. Each strategy has been classified into three general categories: (1) They are marked “X” if they involve creating a new policy or business process, (2) they are marked “X” if they require the adoption of new technology, buying new furniture, or changing the physical workplace/facility in some way, and (3) they have been given a ranking of 1 to 3 based on the degree of difficulty in implementation.
