Sleep Your Way to Success
WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH my first child, I remember getting plenty of advice from parents everywhere, to the point that it was highly annoying. It’s not that I did not appreciate people caring, but when I was pregnant and hot and uncomfortable, thinking too far ahead was a strain.
