Twins

Twins seem born to be together. Kindred souls. Two peas in a pod. A friend of mine had twin boys and as newborns they could only sleep in the same crib, touching each other, preferring to have their heads touching. Sometimes one would suck the other’s thumb. In other words, close.

Twins are mirror images of each other. Reflections. If they have weaknesses or strengths, they each have them. And twins are the same age. They speak the same language and have the same worldview. They are from the same culture.
