Understanding How Individuals Affect a Network

We knew we needed to do a better job of working together, but before the network analysis the tools we had to throw at the problem were largely technical and only increased information flow and connectivity. Just a glance at our network diagram shows that more information or relationships is not universally right for everybody. We had people like myself who were way overloaded and couldn’t handle more communication.
