Tools for Promoting Network Connectivity
THIS APPENDIX provides three kinds of tools for promoting network connectivity. The first is a self-assessment that helps individuals better understand their personal networks. The second is a set of facilitation exercises that improve connectivity within networks through relationship building. The third is a diagnostic to ascertain how organizational context affects informal networks.
