I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
A Great Wall of Light
UP ON THE GREAT WALL, my kid is gripping for me. Hey, it’s hard to get good help these days.
My daughter Claire accompanied me to China, and we went to the Wall together, along with a very accomplished member of the Chinese National Gymnastics team. (This was shot pre-Beijing Olympics.)
The Wall is astonishing, even in bad light, which this was. I needed to get some punch and direction to the picture, and I had to do it fast, and without much gear.
