Hold Your People Accountable for Results

An accountable environment does not accept excuses for nonperformance and does not give people the opportunity to trade blames and pass the buck. At the “account table,” only results matter, not excuses!

 

Leaders achieve results through people. They have a relentless focus on results. And they achieve results by holding themselves and their people accountable. Without the discipline of accountability, results will remain an illusion.
