Investigation and Interview

In this stage, we interviewed 20 participants, using a set of open-ended questions with regard to project leadership as well as project organization performance, including, “What are the factors that lead to a successful project team? Or what are the factors that lead to an unsuccessful project team?”; “What are the basic characteristics and traits of a project manager?”; “What are the leadership skills that a project leader should have in order to make the project team effective and efficient?” The participants represent different organizational levels: general manager, functional manager, project manager, assistant project manager, and project team member.
