In this chapter, I will be addressing the theory and model that came from my research. The Change–Self-Efficacy Loop Theory started by me looking at deep organization change and how it affected the virtual worker and it ended with the focus being on productivity related to working in the virtual work environment (VWE). The VWE as I have discussed in the prior chapters has human perceptions associated with it in many different ways. The structure creates challenges associated with human perceptions.
