A IBOC Receivers
In contemplating writing about IBOC receivers, we recalled Dave Wilson's technical paper presented at the National Association of Broadcasters 2006 Broadcast Engineering Conference and realized we could not have said it any better. This paper looks at IBOC from the receiver architecture side. The reader also may find it a useful overview of the IBOC building blocks that are covered in excruciating detail in Chapters 4 through 11. Here the building blocks are described with a focus on the receiver. We have excerpted Dave's paper with his generous permission.
