I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Perennial Presence of Dominance
Dominance is here to stay. There is no such thing as equality in any relationship, whether at home or at work. Someone is always more dominant than the other.
Dominance has been around since the beginning of time. People dominate other people. Bullies excel at dominance, but so do public figures and political candidates among others. Countries dominate other countries and cultural groups within countries dominate other cultural groups. This dynamic is not going to change, but what does change over time is who will be the dominant person or group? As we look at current events, we can see countries becoming dominant in the world economy that were not on the radar screen 25 years ago.
