It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Now that you’ve put time into crafting a great movie, don’t let it languish unseen on your hard drive. Set it free! iMovie makes it easy to share your movies with friends, family, and even total strangers (the latter via the Web, of course—I don’t expect you to hand out DVDs to random people on the street, but I suppose nothing is stopping you).
In this chapter, I walk you through the steps to share your movies on DVD; on the Web; on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch; and on a big-screen television using the second-generation Apple TV.
