Abstract: This chapter describes the experience of ABN AMRO in the field of sustainability and impact reporting. ABN AMRO is one of the leading banks in the Netherlands; with nearly 20,000 employees, it provides banking services to retail, private and business clients. The bank is recognized for its commitment to sustainability; among others, it supports the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius, aims to increase the volume of its sustainability assets to more than a third of the total in 2024, and considers sustainability as a crucial aspect to attract talents.
