I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Where does inclusion fit as a leadership competency? Is it simply a “nice to have” competency, one that you as a leader should learn something about at some point? For many years, diversity and inclusion work has been perceived as a nice thing to do, the right thing to do, or something a leader has to pay attention to every once in a while. It has not been viewed in the same way as a company’s investment in developing a new sales methodology or in technology to increase productivity.
