Critical Leadership Competencies
Where does inclusion fit as a leadership competency? Is it simply a “nice to have” competency, one that you as a leader should learn something about at some point? For many years, diversity and inclusion work has been perceived as a nice thing to do, the right thing to do, or something a leader has to pay attention to every once in a while.
