“Ahh, this fatigue, headache, and muscle pain. I cannot breathe well.”
Cindy looks completely worn-out walking at the hospital parking. She is under the weather with chemotherapy side effects. I have taken the day off.
I ask Dr. Anu about the possibility to suspend her chemotherapy.
“Normal cells become cancer cell when they continue to grow and divide out of control. It is this unchecked cell growth which keeps spreading when untreated. We need to expedite her chemotherapy before it is too late. We are ensuring that we track down the reasons of any more abnormal side effects.” Dr. Anu assures.
“We will need to keep her in the hospital for more tests.” ...
