Grinding your way from insight to (successful) innovation
Insight is necessary but not sufficient. You have to grab hold of interesting insights and help them to become ideas with shape and structure. You need to invent the detail of a practical version of your idea. This can be a flawed prototype but it is part of the journey. The next steps are about whatever is required to make the innovation useful and used in the real world.
