Jargon buster

• Angel investor: also known as a business angel, an affluent individual who provides capital for a business startup, usually in exchange for convertible debt or ownership equity.
• Audience: a group of people reached by an activity.
• BAU: Business As Usual – the normal execution of operations within an organisation.
• Bodystorming: a technique used in interaction design or to stimulate creativity. The idea is to imagine what it would be like if the product existed, and act as though it exists, ideally in the place it would be used.
• Brainstorming: holding a group discussion to produce ideas.
