Grantseeker Complaints, Grantmaker Responses
It is natural to be disappointed in general whenever a proposal has been refused, but grantseekers often cite specific reasons to be upset with the manner in which they are notified. Some of these complaints have real merit. To be fair, however, grantmakers also offer some countercriticism of grantseekers, some of which have real merit. Each side deserves a turn to air its grievances.
