This chapter presents a case study from Norway that supplements and augments previous research in other jurisdictions such as Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States regarding lack of procedural justice during internal examinations in client organizations. This particular case was concerned with a senior university researcher who was investigated by internal examiners from the specialist firm Kluge after allegations of unlawful conduct in terms of allegations of harassment – breaching the National Working Environment Act.
