In 2006, we published a volume on the Internet and workplace transformations (Anandarajan, Teo, & Simmers, 2006). At that time, unknown to us, that volume was the midpoint of our journey in examining the interrelationships between user behavior and information and communication technologies (ICT) in the workplace.
