PROJECT CLOSEOUT
A project closes once the final deliverable solution has been provided to the users and they have accepted the product. It is a time to celebrate and to put the final details in order so the project team can move on to the next project. There can be no greater feeling than completing a successful project. The users have what they need to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently, and the project sponsor’s vision is fulfilled.
