FORM 4-2 Royalty Bearing Trademark License Agreement

Introductory Note

This is a basic form of trademark licensing agreement. The form is for the situation where the Licensor has a widely known and valuable trademark. The Licensee pays the Licensor for use of the trademark on Licensee’s products and for promotion of those products.

The Licensee expects to be able to increase sales and prices by its use of the well-known trademark. Trademark licenses of this type normally feature required minimum royalties.
