FORM 12-2 Commercial End User License Agreement
Introductory Note
This form is typical of agreements for licensing of enterprise or industrial applications to business or industry. The form is designed to protect the Vendor but offer reasonable assurance and support to the Customer.
As noted in Chapter 12, there is a variety of possible license and revenue models for commercial end user licensing. This form features “named user” pricing, but other variations are possible, such as server-based or concurrent user.
