FORM 13-1 SaaS Customer Agreement

Introductory Note

This is a form for a software-as-a-service (or SaaS) offering to a customer. This form is written to be a signed agreement but can be adapted to be an online clickwrap agreement.

The form is written to favor and protect the Vendor, but does include reasonable promises of service and support to the Customer, including a service level agreement that promises a specified remedy if “uptime” falls below a specified level.

Bracketed language is optional or provides alternatives.
