Introductory Note
This is a sample privacy policy. The form is for WebCo, a fictitious web enterprise which we have provided with a hypothetical set of technologies and policies that are reflected in the following text. Those technologies and policies may be different from those that apply to your own company; so this form can be used as a checklist and starting point, but each privacy policy needs to be customized.
