Introductory Note
This is a form of international reseller agreement. The form allows a Vendor to benefit from the sales and marketing resources of the Distributor for a country or region of the world where the Distributor has a distribution network. It can be used for business or consumer products.
The form will likely need to be customized to fit the products involved, the mode of distribution in the Territory, the nature of the distribution network there, the pricing for products and services, and the type of support that Customers receive.
