Our Fascination with Leadership

If any singular aspect of organizational behavior engages people, it is leadership. Our history, present lives, and futures are greatly influenced by the actions of leaders. We are fascinated with the behavior of leaders in business, politics, science, sports, arts, religion, military, and other fields of endeavor.
