Our Fascination with Leadership

If any singular aspect of organizational behavior engages people, it is leadership. Our history, present lives, and futures are greatly influenced by the actions of leaders. We are fascinated with the behavior of leaders in business, politics, science, sports, arts, religion, military, and other fields of endeavor. Think about some of the best known leaders of the last hundred years. Here’s some that came immediately to mind:
