So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Look before You Leap. As you look around, you begin to see areas big and small that are ripe for improvement. But hold your fire and bite your tongue! It is too soon for you to offer your opinion. Move slowly, and proceed with extreme caution as you begin to navigate the new terrain of your job and company culture.
