Disclosure and Crowdfunding in the JOBS Act

One of the major changes promulgated by the JOBS Act affects financial disclosures. Startups are relieved from many of the more burdensome accounting and reporting requirements, requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Acts of 1933 and 1934.
