Discussion: Kind Leadership Is the Answer
As I’m sure you’ve seen and experienced while wearing both your Leader and Follower Hats, unkindness is going to happen. Whether you are at work, at home or in the community, competition and competitive interactions between individuals and groups cause people to act, react and interact unkindly, and produce more competition and more fear. It’s a vicious circle, further exacerbated by outdated traditional models of leadership.
