15. Transfers to Flexible Substrates

Of all the questions I’m asked, the most common is how to transfer an image to a strangely shaped surface. One of those questions came in while I was writing this book, just at the time I was thinking about how to make more interesting layered collages; I took it as an opportunity to do some experiments. The results were so exciting that I decided to include them here. You can use these substrates as is, as part of a collage, or even molded and glued to other objects to create photographic sculptures.
