Listening and understanding enhance charisma. Everything you need to know to help, change, or influence someone can be discovered by truly listening. You will be able to inspire, motivate, and gain trust by learning to listen. People feel more respected and valued when you listen to what they have say. Listening enables you to solve problems faster and it increases their trust in you. The bottom line is that it also reduces miscommunication, overall mistakes, and misunderstandings. Listening is a simple thing to do, and all it costs you is a small investment of your time.
