Understanding ego is pretty simple when you think about it: We like people who like us, and we don’t like people who don’t like us. Most of us find it challenging to give praise, to boost others” self-esteems, and to point out the positive. Heightened self-esteem is the elusive and almost intangible aspiration of most people. It is self-satisfaction in yourself or how much you like yourself. The key is to understand that, to become more charismatic, you need a healthy self-esteem and the ability to raise somebody else’s self-esteem.
