It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Jeffrey Pfeffer is the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He served on the faculties of the business schools at the University of Illinois and the University of California at Berkeley before coming to Stanford in 1979.
