Relational intelligence

We believe that one of the key success factors for any leader or manager is their attitude towards what we call ‘relational intelligence’. What we mean by this is ‘an individual’s full range of interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences and how they deploy their skills and capabilities to manage their own behaviour and their behaviour when working with others’ or, put more simply, ‘accepting people for who they are’.
