Following up to get the result you want
We were working with a top business leader recently on a keynote presentation that was to be delivered at their annual conference. He had many of the attributes of a great presenter – a strong knowledge base, a high level of confidence, charisma and a great voice. We worked with him on brainstorming the key messages and structuring a coherent argument, and he understood the importance of rehearsing his content and fine-tuning his delivery.
