What is emotional agility?
You never need to change fundamentally ‘… but the organism with the most options will yield the greatest influence’.

Emotional agility is the ability to adapt or change your emotion in order to respond most appropriately within an interactive situation. Often, it also means that you are able to influence the situation if you have:
- read the situation appropriately
- engaged in an effective response
- utilised that emotion ...
