Congratulations on reaching the final chapter of this field guide! I hope that the many ideas and activities have helped you think deeply about your leadership role and have given you specific ways to step up and be a more accountable leader.

As you will recall in the Introduction, I asked you to think about and respond to several questions. I also said I would come back to those questions at the end of this book. So here we are.

I would like you to read the questions below and write your answers. Please do not go back to your earlier responses. You'll have a chance to do that shortly. For now, just respond to the questions below.
