Vision
VISION IS A CONCEPTUALIZATION OF WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE WHEN the organization achieves its purpose or, at the individual level, what you look like when you achieve your purpose. When the organization becomes what it would like to be, it will have these attributes. In this context a vision is similar to a picture or sculpture. The Statue of Liberty is part of the American vision, representing a strong, free, open society with liberty for all. Impactful visions create emotional responses in the members of the organization and can communicate more powerfully than complex arguments.
