The Journey of the Research Methodology
This book is based on a qualitative study across two periods. It goes with my journey of being involved in a British government leadership development as well as a year of studying for my master’s degree in the UK.
The study explores the leadership development journey of founder-owner-managers of small and medium enterprises (SME) throughout their lifetime. To achieve this objective, the study employs a narrative interpretive constructivist qualitative approach.
