“‘Joint Plans’? What's the difference between joint plans and shared goals? Isn't this exactly the same?”
“No, they are not the same, Felix. Joint plans are built on the basis of shared goals. But they are different from one another.”
“Are they more detailed and tell us exactly what we must do to achieve our goals?”
“Indeed, joint plans are more granular. But I would not say they show the what,” Sophia said, using virtual quotation marks, “but rather, the how.” Joint plans have to do with the how.
