Flow Diagram
A simple flow diagram that displays the key functional steps in sequential order will guide the participants through the next few steps of the 3P event process. Review the physical layout of the process used to create the final packaged product. Take each of the value-adding functions and create a process flow diagram on paper. On the whiteboard or paper write the name of the function being performed at each step in the process.
