The following tables are designed as checklists you can use to develop your company’s lean management accounting transformation plan. These checklists can be used to determine your current state and multiple future states. I recommend using six-month cycles for each future state.
It’s also best for a cross-functional team to complete these checklists – accounting, operations, lean leaders and senior leaders.
