Leader Process Performance Board

Leader process performance board covers all aspects which comprise the responsibility of a leader. This performance board contains four elements which become continuous improvement targets in terms of the leader’s responsibility, which are as follows:

  1. HR, related to various aspects such as safety, human resource development, involvement, growth, and morale.

  2. Quality, including effectiveness (accuracy and completeness) from the field of the responsibility of the leader.

  3. Costs, including efficiency (capacity and savings) from the field of the responsibility of the leader.
