2.1 Welcome to Idea
Welcome to the left side of the Lean PLC. We begin by using our creativity to come up with great ideas. Creativity is an important part of innovation. Without ideas for products and services, companies would have nothing to put through a product lifecycle. There are many activities that can be carried out to generate ideas. Companies can choose to fund or not fund these activities. If the choice is made to fund ideation, the investment need not be large.
