4.1 Welcome to Validate
Welcome to Validate! In Explore you were successful in validating customer needs and the value proposition that resonates with them. It is during Validate that you will build your product or service and find the right business model. You will now need a larger team than in Explore, that is capable of iteratively building your product and testing the business model (e.g. a product manager, engineers, coders, designers, a UX expert, a marketing expert with some support from sales).
