Welcome to the right side of the Lean Product Lifecycle (Lean PLC)! As you went through Idea, Explore and Validate, you ploughed through the paths of uncertainty using experimentation and iterative product development methods. Emerging from that journey, you now have some clarity on the right solution for your customers and the right business model to deliver that value. This is the transition point from the left side of the PLC to the right side. It is now time to double down on your validated business model.
